We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a picturesque valley with breathtaking mountain scenery surrounding it was simply stunning. The hotel offered a wide range of quality services, including a spa & wellness center with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. We spent hours relaxing in the spa lounge and enjoying the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. We were impressed with the welcome drink upon arrival and the helpful tour and ticket assistance. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a business center. the level of comfort and service provided here was exceptional.

We would highly recommend this place to everyone. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of its beautiful location, luxurious amenities, and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is good.

Toilet seat was broken, toilet paper holder was loose. Some rooms are a bit out of date.

WiFi and Internet access very poor - slow and always aborts

The breakfast had a great variety of food, perfect to fuel up for the day. the location was just a short walk away from the town center, with easy access to all the main attractions. the hotel staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, giving us helpful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations, especially the bathroom. the Wi-Fi was not always reliable, which was a bit frustrating.

The service personnel in the restaurant was partly very unfriendly and some of them did not speak German and could not understand us and we could not understand it. No more espresso after 8:00 p.m. This was made to be understood in a very unfriendly manner. The tea in the restaurant area was accessible to everyone, but it was never noted that it was only for all-inclusive guests.

Friendly staff. Selection of pillows, e.g. neck support pillows... Access to the cross-country skiing track in front of the house. Food is good, Bavarian-oriented, home cooking. There's always something at the buffet.

Located in a stunning area near Mad Ludwig's castle, this hotel is perfect for a summer or winter break. Rooms are cozy, and some offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature. the breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful, while the sauna and wellness facilities are clean and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the town center is just a short drive or autobahn ride away.

The bathroom facilities could be more spacious, as some guests have found them too cramped.

Spent Christmas at a cozy little hotel and it was fantastic! The location was perfect - we were close to all the local attractions and had breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet-style meals were absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed the themed Christmas dinner and live music. Plus, the spa with saunas was just what we needed after a long day of exploring.

That our room didn't have a mini-fridge, making it difficult to keep our drinks cold. the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong in our room, but it wasn't a big deal since we spent most of our time out and about.
